– Animals infected with zoonotic diseases, livestock infectious diseases, or diseases deemed harmful to human health.
– Animals that have been force-fed water, or are suspected based on epidemiological investigation, precise inspection results, or clinical symptoms.
– Animals without ear tags, traceability numbers, or farm identification numbers.
